At Hilandero Blades and Custom Tackle, LLC, we believe great fishing starts with quality tackle made with purpose. We are a Disabled Veteran-owned small business based in Yuma, Arizona, proudly serving bass fishing enthusiasts with handmade, high-quality spinnerbaits designed to perform.
Our story began in late 2017, when Yuma’s only spinnerbait manufacturer stopped producing spinnerbaits. The impact was quickly felt throughout the local fishing community, and conversations at the local tackle shop turned to a simple question: “Where do we get our blades now?”
That question sparked an idea.
After countless hours at the drawing board, we developed prototypes in several colors and put them into the hands of local anglers. Their testing, feedback, and experience on the water helped us refine our designs and laid the foundation for what would become Hilandero Blades—a company built around the goal of making a different kind of spinnerbait.
In 2019, Hilandero Blades and Custom Tackle, LLC officially began producing high-quality, handmade spinnerbaits for bass fishing enthusiasts. We continue to take pride in crafting our tackle with attention to detail, listening to anglers, and creating products that are built to make a difference on the water.
From our shop in Yuma to the waters where our customers fish, our mission remains simple: build quality tackle, listen to the fishing community, and keep improving the tools that help anglers catch more fish.
